Jiebeitong Group held its 2023 R&D annual meeting
On February 24, 2023, Jiebeitong Petroleum Technology Group Co., Ltd. held its 2023 R&D Annual Meeting in the academic report hall on the 13th floor of Tianzijie Commercial Building, Jinjiang District, Chengdu. The meeting was chaired by Professor Tang Hai, Senior Consultant and Dean of the Oil and Gas Enhanced Production Technology Research Institute.

The meeting invited nine well-known industry experts to form an expert review panel. These experts included Qian Genbao, chief expert in oil and gas field development and professor-level senior engineer; Ding Yunhong, senior consultant and senior engineer; Li Xiaoping, former dean of the School of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, Southwest Petroleum University, professor, and doctoral supervisor; Pu Wanfen, professor and doctoral supervisor at Southwest Petroleum University; Zhao Yulong, professor and doctoral supervisor at Southwest Petroleum University; Zeng Bin, CEO and chief executive officer of the company; and Wu Jinping, chief technical expert, party secretary, and senior engineer. The expert review panel conducted a detailed review of Jiebeitong's eight independently developed projects in 2022, unanimously agreeing to pass the project completion acceptance and offering relevant improvement suggestions. They also conducted a feasibility review of the initiation of eleven independently initiated projects in 2023, unanimously agreeing that the eleven projects had made sufficient preparations, had clear research ideas, and were approved for initiation. Jiebeitong Company has long adhered to independent technological innovation. Since its establishment, it has focused on the technical difficulties and pain points of oil and gas exploration and development, devoting itself to research and development and achieving fruitful results. Zeng Bin, chairman and CEO of the company, proposed that we must adhere to the "six unwavering commitments" in technological research and development: unwavering commitment to the direction of addressing the technical difficulties and pain points of oil and gas extraction; unwavering commitment to the "reservoir, process, and new materials" three-in-one R&D project establishment concept; unwavering commitment to the materialized scientific research management model of technological construction; unwavering commitment to the intensity of R&D investment; unwavering commitment to attaching importance to the construction of R&D team talents; and unwavering commitment to increasing and improving the incentives for R&D personnel. Through long-term persistence and technological iteration, we will strive to build Jiebeitong into a leading oilfield technology service company primarily focused on independent technological research and development and innovation.
