II. Main Responsibilities of the QHSE Management Committee
(1) Study, deploy, and guide and coordinate the safety production work of various units; organize and supervise the implementation of national policies and regulations on safety production by various units.
(2) Regularly analyze the safety status and situation of the Group, determine the safety development strategy, and study, coordinate, and resolve major issues in safety production.
(3) Organize the formulation and implementation of the Group's safety management guidelines, policies, and systems.
(4) Organize emergency rescue and accident investigation and handling for major and serious safety accidents that occur in the company.
III. Main Responsibilities of the QHSE Management Committee Office
(1) Study and propose suggestions on major guidelines, policies, and important measures for safety production.
(2) Supervise, inspect, guide, and coordinate the safety production work of various units.
(3) Organize comprehensive safety production inspections and special inspections for the Group.
(4) Responsible for organizing emergency rescue and accident investigation and handling for major and serious safety accidents in the Group.
(5) Organize various units to carry out safety qualification education and training.
(6) Handle meetings and important activities convened by the Group's QHSE Management Committee, and supervise and inspect the implementation of decisions made at the Committee meetings.
(7) Handle other work assigned by the Group's QHSE Management Committee.
HSE
Six HSE Prohibitions, Nine Principles
Strictly prohibit any personnel without a valid operation certificate from operating special operations;
Strictly prohibit operations that violate operating procedures;
Strictly prohibit engaging in hazardous operations without permits;
Strictly prohibit leaving one's post, sleeping on the job, and working while intoxicated;
Strictly prohibit transporting civilian explosives, radioactive sources, and hazardous chemicals in violation of regulations;
Strictly prohibit illegal command and forcing others to engage in illegal operations.

Accident hazards must be rectified promptly;
All accidents and incidents must be reported, analyzed, and handled promptly;
