From the evening of January 31, 2023 to February 3, 2023, Jiebeitong Petroleum Technology Group Co., Ltd.'s 2023 annual work conference was successfully held in the Jiebeitong Academic Report Hall (Sichuan, Chengdu). On the evening of January 31, all attendees watched the film "The Long March," reviewing revolutionary history and remembering the spirit of the Long March. On the morning of February 1, the rotating CEO and Vice President, Lu Jiaxiao, delivered the 2022 annual work summary report on behalf of the Group's board of directors and management. The report, titled "Sustained Technological Innovation, Initiating Sales Transformation: Forging Ahead to Create a First-Class Low-Carbon Energy Technology Company for the Next Decade," comprehensively summarized the main achievements of 2022 and deeply analyzed existing problems. Chairman and CEO Zeng Bin delivered the 2023 annual work report, titled "The Pursuit of Success Never Ends, Our Struggle Never Ceases: Striving for Excellence in IPO Application and the Inaugural Year of the Second Decade Plan!" to all attendees. He also made specific plans for the company's development in 2023 and clearly deployed key tasks and goals for the year.

On the afternoon of February 3, the conference held an award ceremony for advanced units and individuals in 2022, giving awards to 9 advanced units and 12 advanced individuals.
