Jiebeitong supramolecular self-crosslinking fracturing fluid with integrated pressure driving technology helps Nanyang Oilfield set a new record of over 100 tons of crude oil per day per well!
On May 18, 2023, the Jie219ping1 well, a horizontal well for tight oil development in the Nanniwan Oil Production Plant of Yanchang Oilfield, achieved a daily oil production of 123.5 cubic meters after fracturing and testing, setting a new record for the plant's highest single-well daily oil production. Located in Hezhuangping Town, Baota District, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province, the well has a horizontal section of 546 meters and was fractured in 8 stages. It used a Jiebeitong supramolecular self-crosslinking fracturing fluid system instead of the previous guar gum fracturing fluid system. All fracturing fluids were prepared using recycled fluid, and high-sand content was used during construction. After 8 days of continuous work, a total fluid volume of 5508 m³ and 440.0 m³ of sand were injected, successfully completing the 8-stage fracturing construction and meeting all the technical requirements of the construction design. The high yield obtained after fracturing the Jie219ping1 well fully demonstrates the advantages of the Jiebeitong supramolecular self-crosslinking fracturing fluid: the system uses only one additive, making on-site construction convenient; it has good drag reduction, strong sand-carrying capacity, and excellent salt resistance; it can use 100% recycled fluid for mixing; and it can achieve high-sand-content construction even at low displacement rates. Especially, this fluid has good demulsification performance at low temperatures; its demulsifying agent molecules are small and have strong surface activity; it has the ability to alter the wettability of the core, reduce the oil-water interfacial tension, and has strong spontaneous imbibition displacement and oil-driving capabilities, significantly improving single-well output.
