On the evening of May 6, 2024, the opening ceremony of the Jiebeitong Group's second training class for young and middle-aged cadres was grandly held at the Jiebeitong Group's Daying base. Zeng Bin, Chairman and CEO of the Group, and Jiang Zhiyong, Director of the Group's Expert Advisory Committee, attended the opening ceremony.

　　Zeng personally met and greeted each trainee, expressing his affirmation and recognition of their commitment to learning amidst their busy work. Following this, Zeng shared his opening lecture for this session. Zeng mentioned that young cadres must do four things: First, distinguish between friends and enemies; second, deeply understand and contemplate the "Seven Standards for Leading Cadres"; third, strengthen effective management, including self-management, management of subordinates, and proactively accepting management from superiors; and fourth, focus on work. Where your energy is, your harvest will be. Zeng also shared his understanding of the necessary conditions for success: first, successfully complete tasks; second, gain the trust of others. Only by achieving these two points is the foundation for success.

Inviting internal and external lecturers to teach

　　This training program for young and middle-aged cadres, running from the evening of May 6th to May 14th (a total of 9 days), updated the curriculum, adjusted the assessment structure, and upgraded the physical training model compared to the first session, placing greater emphasis on comprehensive quality and ability. A total of 13 internal and external lecturers were invited to teach 20 comprehensive courses across six modules: management skills, sales skills, petroleum professional technology, petroleum cultural spirit, general workplace skills, and physical training. The courses yielded significant results for the trainees, helping them quickly grow into comprehensive and multi-skilled talents. After 9 days of study and training, 10 trainees passed four assessments and successfully graduated.

　　On the morning of May 15th, the graduation ceremony was held as scheduled at the Jiebeitong Group's Daying base. Jiang Zhiyong, Director of the Group's Expert Advisory Committee, and Lin Jiang, General Manager of Sichuan Jiebeitong Energy Technology Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony. At the ceremony, General Manager Lin Jiang and Professor Jiang Zhiyong presented graduation certificates and outstanding student certificates to the trainees, congratulating them on their successful graduation and urging them to continue their studies after the training program, setting goals for their lives and work, and striving to achieve them, applying what they learned in this training program to their work.
