Jiebeitong Group held the opening ceremony for its first training class for young and middle-aged cadres.
To further strengthen the training of young cadres, on the evening of May 3, 2023, at 7 pm, on the eve of the start of the second decade of a new journey, Jiebeitong Group's first training class for young and middle-aged cadres was grandly held in the training room on the second floor of the R&D building of Sichuan Jiebeitong Company. Wei Leibo, Deputy County Head of Daying County People's Government and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Daying Economic Development Zone; Chen Lin, Deputy Director of Daying Economic Development Zone; Yang Nanyin, Deputy Director of Daying County Government Office; Zeng Bin, Chairman and CEO of Jiebeitong Group; and Du Zongliang, Senior Consultant, and other leaders attended the opening ceremony.

Comrade Wei Leibo, Deputy County Head of Daying County People's Government and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Daying Economic Development Zone, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the Young and Middle-aged Cadre Training Class. County Head Wei stated that Jiebeitong Group's initiative to hold a training class for young and middle-aged cadres is innovative and far-reaching, reflecting the company's emphasis on talent cultivation, which is crucial for the company's development. He hoped that the trainees would cherish this opportunity, study hard, and graduate successfully.

Zeng Bin, Chairman and CEO of Jiebeitong Group, delivered the first lecture of the training class, titled "Establish Great Aspirations, Become Great Talents, Shoulder Great Responsibilities, and Accomplish Great Things." Zeng Bin pointed out that young cadres should dare to establish great aspirations, taking "striving for the glory of our motherland" as their common ideal, and setting goals based on their own work; young cadres should strive to become great talents, practicing the basic skills of "doing, speaking, writing, and reading," cultivating strong professional skills, and developing excellent leadership; young cadres should bravely shoulder great responsibilities, seizing tasks, overcoming difficulties, and striving for the best; young cadres should be good at accomplishing great things, starting from small things, maintaining high standards, and building confidence and willpower. Finally, to be a good leader, one must be politically qualified, have lofty ideals, have firm will, be capable of leadership, and unite people's hearts and minds.
Finally, amidst warm applause, the opening ceremony and theme training concluded successfully. Over the next seven days, the trainees will receive training in morning exercises, sales skills, specialized technologies, management skills, ideological and political theory, and party lessons.
