The project owner is Jiebeitong Petroleum Technology Group Co., Ltd., the construction funds are self-raised, the project investment ratio is 100%, and the tenderer is Jiebeitong Petroleum Technology Group Co., Ltd.

　　I. Project Overview

　　The total land area of the project is 8403㎡ (approximately 12.60 mu), and the land use is commercial land. The project will consist of three main functional areas: headquarters base office, hotel, and commercial. Floors 1-3 will be commercial, while the office and hotel will be housed in two separate tower buildings to meet their respective functional needs.

　　The project is adjacent to the main urban artery, Xindu Avenue, located between the Petroleum University Station and Chengdu Medical University Station of Metro Line 3, and is only 500 meters from the metro station, making it conveniently accessible.

　　II. Scope of Tender

　　1. Engineering Construction: Building intelligence engineering, fine decoration engineering, overall paving and landscaping engineering, greening and gardening engineering, solidified floor engineering, rainwater treatment (rainwater reuse) system engineering, and recycled water system engineering.

　　2. Materials and Equipment: Aluminum alloy doors and windows, fire doors (fire rescue windows), glass railings, solid wood doors, tiles, sanitary ware, lighting fixtures, air conditioning, curtain wall granite, overall stone materials, distribution boxes, centralized meter boxes, remote transmission water meters, catering facilities and equipment, conventional hot water system, and solar hot water system.

　　1. Manufacturers or distributors with independent legal person qualifications;

　　2. Similar Performance: At least 3 similar performance records since 2018 (Similar performance refers to sales performance of similar products or equipment). Qualification Review

　　This will use document review and on-site inspection for pre-qualification. Units that pass the pre-qualification will be included in our company's supplier list for quotation information collection, to be used for future procurement work of the project.
